16th Wigan Scout Group
Who are we?
As our name suggests, we are based in Wigan and are located in the Winstanley, Marus Bridge and Goose Green area to the South of Wigan Town Centre.
We are an ‘open’ Scout Group for anyone from any background or faith. Accepting young people from 4 to 18.
We meet at St Paul’s Church Hall, at St Pauls Primary School. We have Beaver, Cub and Scout sections open to boys and girls from Winstanley, Goose Green and Marus Bridge areas of Wigan. On leaving Scouts at 14, our young people are able to join one of the district-run Explorer units close by.
