Welcome to 16th Wigan
Squirrels are boys and girls aged between 4 and 6 years old.
Squirrels is fun and relaxed environment for the youngest members to learn about thems and the world around them.
Beavers are boys and girls aged between 6 and 8 years old.
Beavers take part in a wide variety of activities exploring the local area, the world around us and themselves.
Cubs are boys and girls aged between 8 and 10½ years old.
Cubs at 16th Wigan Scout Group enjoy a huge variety of activities from swimming and exploring, to cooking and camping.
Scouts are young people aged 10½ to 14.
As well as adventure, our Scouts learn leadership skills, teamwork, to try new things and build on their existing skills.

Cub Mudder 2018
It was wet, it was very muddy..... Cub Mudder 2018 had 2 teams entered and the Cubs smashed it. Completing a very challenging course, our Cubs worked together as a team to get home to the finish line... and only 1 lost trainer
16th Cubs litter pick at Bispham Hall
Cubs had a great time litter picking at Bispham Hall before competing in a Cub team game where they had to take photos in various areas of the grounds. Section Leaders voted on the winner
